thathumandesign.com provides Human Design analysis, readings, and related services (the "Services"). These Services are for informational and personal development purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

 

3. Booking and Payment:

  • Appointments for Services are confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Payment must be made through the designated payment gateway on the Website.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information.

  • By ordering a service and making a payment, you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions.

     

4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

  • Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of booking. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in forfeiture of payment.

     

5. User Obligations:

  • You agree to use the Website and Services in a lawful and responsible manner.

  • You agree not to use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.   

  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website or Services without express written permission.   

  • You agree to provide accurate information when requested.

     

6. Intellectual Property and Recording Policy:

  • Ownership:

    • All content provided by thathumandesign.com, including but not limited to consultations, online courses, recorded meetings, analyses, reports, and any other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Olena Taranenko/thathumandesign.com and is protected by copyright and other applicable intellectual property laws.

  • Recording Prohibition:

    • You are strictly prohibited from recording any consultation, online course, meeting, or any interaction with Olena Taranenko/thathumandesign.com without the express written consent of Olena Taranenko.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, audio and video recordings, screen captures, and any other form of recording or reproduction.

  • Use of Materials:

    • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any materials provided by Olena Taranenko/thathumandesign.com without express written permission.

    • This includes, but is not limited to, sharing recordings or course materials with third parties.

  • Consent:

    • Any request to record a session (video/audio) or use provided materials must be submitted in writing to Olena Taranenko via the Contact Form on thathumandesign.com.

    • Olena Taranenko/thathumandesign.com reserves the right to grant or deny such requests at its sole discretion.

    • Any recording that is made with permission, is still the intellectual property of Olena Taranenko/thathumandesign.com.

  • Consequences of Unauthorized Recording:

    • Unauthorized recording or distribution of materials may result in legal action with the financial penalty and termination of services. The penalty amount is set to compensate for the damages caused by the unauthorized use of the intellectual property.

       

  • All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of thathumandesign.com and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • You may not use any content from the Website without express written permission.   

     

7. Disclaimers:
